10 Year Roof Guarantees (Slate/Tile) - Guarantee not transferrable on sale of home unless agreed with E D Nunnerley Limited prior to work commencing and included within quotation for an additional agreed charge- it is the 'homeowners' responsibility to ensure the roof is maintained and any repairs/issues must be directed to E D Nunnerley Limited. Please be aware any work carried out on the roof by any third parties will make the guarantee void. (Please retain both Invoice and Receipt) (Storm damage is not covered by our company guarantee, you would have to refer to your building insurance policy and contact your insurance company to report the damage to your property).
